Board of Secondary Education, Assam which conducts the HSLC examinations every year in the state will release the Assam HSLC Results 2019 soon. The board generally conducts the HSLC exams in February / March and releases the results on May. For this academic session the board has yet to announce the HSLC result for the students. Contenders were looking for the result date after exams completion. Here this post will give the answer for that along with availability of the results.

Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA)

Board of Secondary Education Assam in short known as SEBA. The 1961 act of board’s establishment came in to force on 29^th January 2019. However, it came in to existence on 14^th March 1962. SEBA is a state level authority responsible for conducting class 10 or HSLC examinations on February or March every year. It also provides assurance for the education quality in the schools of Assam, India that are affiliated to it. HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) is the award given by SEBA every year to the students qualified or passed in final HSLC exams. Apart from this, it supervises, regulates and develops secondary education in the state.

Assam HSLC Result 2019 / SEBA Class 10 Result

For the academic year 2018-19, the Assam 10^th exams were held on February 2019. More than 2 lakh students were expected in the exams this time. The exams took place in all the exam centers of the SBEA spread across Assam state. HSLC exams are completed now successfully without any issues. All examines looking for the Assam HSLC Result Date 2019 now to check their results. Official result date is not yet announced by the SEBA till now. As exams were held on February / March 2019, the results can be expected on May 2019.

The board will take atleast 40 days for answer sheet scrutiny right after the exams. All the senior faculty would be appointed for paper correction. After the paper valuation completes, the next process is to prepare the mark sheets of all HSLC examines. Once the entire process completes, SEBA will publish the Assam HSLC Result in the official website sebaonline.org. SEBA HSLC Result Stats of Past 6 Years

The table shows the last six years pass percentage of the Assam HSLC exams conducted under SEBA. By observing the data, the students appearing in the 10^th exams is dropping every year. Also the pass percentage seems decreasing year by year though there are little spikes in middle.

In the year 2018, only 1,75,976 students appeared in the exams. Out of them, 95,813 candidates have qualified in the exam. More than 31 thousand students attained first division, over 41 thousand candidates passed in second division and more than 22 thousand candidates qualified in third division. The pass percentage was 54.44% slightly better than the pass percentage in 2017. However, in 2019 nearly 2 lakh students are expected to write exams. Hope the pass percentage or overall performance of the candidates would increase to 60% this year.

Candidates who does not have the facility of checking the Assam HSLC Result 2019 online, can get their result through SMS. The examines have to just send and SMS in the following given formats based on the network you are using. Within few seconds, the SBEA HSLC Result 2019 will be sent to your mobile in the form of SMS. Through any of the above given SMS formats and numbers, candidates can easily get their HSLC result to their mobile from SEBA. However, the SMS formats for this year are still not released. Once they are out, we will share them here.

Assam HSLC Rechecking Result 2019

After the release of the Assam 10^th Result 2019 some students would not satisfy with the marks and like to apply for rechecking so that their marks could increase. The Assam HSLC Result 2019 rechecking process includes the complete answer sheet checking. For this, the students have to apply for the Assam HSLC answer sheet rechecking as per the dates that will be announced by the board. SEBA HSLC Compartment / Supplementary Results 2019

Candidates who have failed in the regular exams have to apply for compartment exams and write them. The SEBA conducts the supplementary exams to give second chance for the students to get better marks and qualify. The Assam 10^th supplementary exams will be conducted every year on July mostly. Candidates applied for the HSLC compartment exams will have to write the exams well to score good marks. After the supply exams complete, the SEBA would issue the Assam HSLC compartment result on August month mostly. The schedule is expected the same this year also. However, the compartment exams details like exam dates, exam fee, result date etc. of the class 10 will be available only after main exams complete.
